  1. Full Payment Requirement: All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation.

  2. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any bookings. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable.

  3. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their booking up to 24 hours of the scheduled time. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the full payment, and clients will need to make a new payment to book again.

Booking and Payment Policy:

Late Arrival Policy

  1. Timely Arrival: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled consultation or training session.

  2. Limited Time Allowance: If a client is late, the consultation or training session will conclude at the originally allocated time.

  3. Additional Time: If the client requires additional time due to their late arrival, they will need to book and pay for a new session to cover the extended time needed.
